Leaves are slowly falling

I've finally gotten Kaelyn Alecto to be a guest on my blog. We were both ubber excited when we saw the new release from Shag - Falling Slowly. We were gushing about the style and the length and the texturing. We loved it so much we decided to wear it for this post.

If I haven't said it before I love Autumn. It's my favourite season. I love watching the leaves change colour and the weather getting chilly. When you live in a city you really begin to miss fall colours. I notice that on the feeds more and more people are starting to bring out the fall colours. I find myself doing the same thing. I just can't help it ;)

I really liked Kae's outfit. She wore this very drapey top and jean duo from Connors. It's perfect for this season.

Look at those SHOES! I mean c'mon... they're awesome. They're from a new (to me) store called "Leverocci". I had never been there until my friend told me I should check it out. Boy, was she right! I loved everything. I'll be heading back for more!!! Also, equally loving this new jacket from mon tissu.

My afternoon with Izzie

I had the pleasure of sending a few hours with the lovely and talented Izzie Button. She is a complete sweetheart. Super friendly and outgoing. We had loads to chat about. Our love for LAQ and Lara Hurley skins to our favourite summer outfits... It was a blast!

We decided to snap a few shot of us hanging about in her brand new "Fringe" top. I really love this top. I've seen it all over the feeds so I'm thinkin' you guys like it too. If you haven't gotten your own "Fringe" top head down to Izzie's now!

I'm also sporting the new skirt from The Spirit Store. I picked it up in white and I really love it. I love how it sits on the hips and it's a great skirt to wear during the summer. I also really like this new hair from (love) hair. Izzie actually pointed out that it's based on a suggestion from a fan flickr group. Check out the original picture and the in world creation. I really love feathers! This top from Cheerno is great! I was excited to see that CheerNo Femme and Homme have joined the MSW team and will be contributing to this collection monthly. I was also quite pleased with this new hair style from Angel Hair. I love the ribbon wrapped around the head. It's so summer boho.

This top is soooooo well detailed. I love the ruffle on the shoulder and I wanted to create the same feel on the bottom so I used this COCO skirt. The hair I'm wearing is featured at MSW as well.

I especially love the way these eyes look with this Al Vulo skin. The skin is featured at MSW and such a great price! You have to pick one up. The eyes are a newer release from FASHISM eyes. They're stunning!!! If you don't own a pair of FASHISM eyes you're missing out.

First time is a charm!

I'm am so happy and honoured to have the chance to display some of the AMAZING pieces available at the first edition of My Second Wardrobe. It's a great collection of some of SL's finest designers. For more info visit their site MSW.

I really like this dress from KIM. It's awesome that it comes with two different colours for such a great price. As well, this skin and hair are a near steal.

Emma II comes with two different options, one with bangs and one without. Again... what a deal!!! :)

Bubblegum & Beachwear

Gogo posted about a challenge on her blog - read here. Basically, she's really digging unnatural hair colours lately. She's encouraging everyone to wear their favourite bubblegum colours on Saturdays and Sundays! This is a great, and really fun idea. Thanks Gogo!

Wanted to let you know about a few things. First of all I'm wearing the great new Rock Me Amadeus Beachwear Collection. I love the texture on this skirt, it was a perfect match for the bubblegum theme! Decided to take a little trip via SL today. Ended up on the beautiful Bahamas sim. It was a nice little getaway. I was sure to pack all the essentials!! Clothes, hair, shoes and accessories!

Cannot begin to tell you how excited I was when I logged in and saw the group gift from Pixel Mode. Not one, but TWO?!?!?!! Really. They're lovely. So thank you Tya Fallingbridge!!!

Drifting

HUMANOID -> Saw this amazing sim on the feeds a while back. It's soooooooooo neat. So many different scenes and creations. It's a great place to take pictures and an interesting place to explore.

My favourite thing to do is drift around the grid. Mostly my exploring is done at different shopping malls (lol). I came across this hair store called "Angel Hair". It's not very often that I find a really really really good hair store. This place is totally a hidden gem. Recently, it just opened up it's second location on the Glam Affair sim. Make sure you head to the main store for the group gift. I plan on featuring different hairs from this place in the next few days. So, stay tuned!
