Red Lipstick

You know it's go-time when a woman puts on red lipstick. I really love the dramatic effect of a dark lip colour, and LiSse's lipsticks are no exception. I am wearing Lisse's (formely Mamboo Chic) Melina in the honey tone by Leona Olivieri. I love how exotic this skin is, and how much richness there is in this particular skin tone. I've been wearing it for days eagerly awaiting Lisse's new release.

Also, very excited to be wearing one of Lamb's hair styles from this year's Hair Fair. I love the way this hair style flows and I especially love the texture.

Izzie has out a brand new line of eyes called "Deep dark eyes", and well these eyes are deep and dark. They come in ten different colours and are meant to be worn with dark skin tones. Read more on Izzie's blog.

I have to say that since mesh came out Ricielli is one of the stores at the top of my mesh clothing list. I have been a huge fan of all their releases. I ended up walking around the sim and stumbled across a hunt. It feels like there is always a hunt going on there, and that's fine by me. I picked up this beautiful strapless dress for L$15. I paired them up with my favourite N-cores. I stopped by Je Suis because there is a moving sale happening. Most of their items are marked down, so now is the time to stock up on jewellery.

Bri's Coquette

I wanted to share some of my new favourite things (p.s. I have many favourite things). One of two newest releases from N-core is the Coquette platform. These shoes are just in time for spring and are packed with new spring colours, too. N-core can do no wrong in my books, so naturally I love these shoes. Another thing I wanted to show off is this beautiful new skin from Izzie's. Izzie Button has always made wonderful clothing. Recently, she told me she had tried her hand at skins before, but never had a passion for it until now. I def think it shows. She's just released three new skins and the latest one is called "Brianna". Bri has been put out in all the basic tones including one red head special edition - which I'm wearing. If you follow my blog -> Vanity Circus you know I usually stick to browns and blondes. I don't generally wear red hair. However, when I put on this redhead edition of the Brianna skin I feel in love. I love the freckles and the eyebrows and the softness of the face. It's so fresh and young, perfect for spring. A little bird told me that Izzie is busy working on more skins, and I can't wait to see what she comes out with next.

First time is a charm!

I'm am so happy and honoured to have the chance to display some of the AMAZING pieces available at the first edition of My Second Wardrobe. It's a great collection of some of SL's finest designers. For more info visit their site MSW.

I put together three different outfits using some of the pieces from the collection. There are literally so many great buys available that I wasn't able to fit them all into one post. I am also wearing a few of the MANY lovely group gifts from the NEW Truth District.

I really like this dress from KIM. It's awesome that it comes with two different colours for such a great price. As well, this skin and hair are a near steal.

Emma II comes with two different options, one with bangs and one without. Again... what a deal!!! :)

Culture Shock (Part Three)

Another post of Culture Shock goodness!! I figure I spent so much time trying to walk around I wouldn't feel justified if I didn't do another post. I think all the creators did a wonderful job contributing to this event and I hope they're able to raise a lot! Fingers crossed!!!

Some of the items are obviously not from CS. There is one in particular that I really want to point out, and those are the new pumps from "C'est Moi!". I happened to met creator Marcantonio Beaumont of "C'est Moi" in his store. And he's SUPER NICE! Despite the amount of shopping I do I hardly ever see designers let alone talk to them. It's was awesome to have the chance to talk to a designer. There is a whole line-up of great colours of these pumps, so head over and get a pair. Spring Hunts!!

I really loved Easter hunts when I was a child. Running around trying to find all the eggs and chocolates. Mmmmhm! Now, it's even better! I get to run around all the stores and find goodies! I'm featuring two hunts in this post. The Depraved Spring Madness Hunt & R.icielli's Easter Hunt.
