Ladies Night

My friends and I were long overdue for a ladies night. I was so eager to spend time with them that I completely over looked that fact that they wanted to go to karaoke. I despise karaoke.

They managed to drag me onto the stage and I didn't know whether to run, scream of drop dead of stag fright. Needless to say my first attempt bombed. My friends tried a completely different tactic after seeing my utter disgust of singing in public.

While they took turns singing on stage they buttered me up with some booze. By the third or fourth shot of tequila I had the liquid courage I needed.

I sung my little heart out to "You Oughta Know". It's true that singing really helps you battle your emotions. ;)

I had a little smile by the end of my song.

I even sang a duet with Kae. She sounded great, but I'm pretty sure I'm totally tone deaf.

Green with envy!

Just went for a visit to TFG! and ooooh so many great things. I got this dress and earrings. They matched so well. Was it planned? lol. Also, a huge fan of this new shoe from SLINK! They're to die for! Absolutely amazing! I really want another pair... frig my shopping habits are going to be the death of me.

P.s. did i tell you... I finally got into the Elikatira VIP group!!!!!!!! It was closed for a whole but you can join for 250L$. I don't know how long it's going to last for, so do it NOW! You won't regret it. I was so depressed I couldn't get in and I was shocked to see it open again.

SHOE FAIR IS FINALLY HERE!!!!!!! I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am. I swung in quickly early today and picked up a few shoes. I'm going back for more as soon as I can! In this post I'm featuring a few different items. For starters the Salience shoes by "Maitreya Gold". They're sooooo feisty.

The shoes were a perfect match for the new dress from "Les Petits Details" called Texas Minidress. I think the feather top is so lively and flirty. It comes in four different colours and I think it's a great dress. The hair I'm wearing is brand new from Iconic. You can never go wrong with a side pony! These three items are a must have for everyone!

Culture Shock (Part Three)

Another post of Culture Shock goodness!! I figure I spent so much time trying to walk around I wouldn't feel justified if I didn't do another post. I think all the creators did a wonderful job contributing to this event and I hope they're able to raise a lot! Fingers crossed!!!

Some of the items are obviously not from CS. There is one in particular that I really want to point out, and those are the new pumps from "C'est Moi!". I happened to met creator Marcantonio Beaumont of "C'est Moi" in his store. And he's SUPER NICE! Despite the amount of shopping I do I hardly ever see designers let alone talk to them. It's was awesome to have the chance to talk to a designer. There is a whole line-up of great colours of these pumps, so head over and get a pair. Culture Shock (Part One) - Hucci & Shag

So... after battling the lag monster that is any major event I was able to pick up a few things from Culture Shock 2011. What can I say that you don't already know?

It's worth the wait...

And, it's for a great cause.

The new hair from [Shag] for Culture Shock is pretty darn cheeky too. "Army of Me" is unisex which is great for all you fellas. Perfect for me cause I love rocking an edgy cut. "The Girl Next Door" is a chunky short pony hair do. Both are fab!!!!!! I plan on using them again very soon. Make sure you head down to Culture Shock and grab them because they are limited edition.
