First time is a charm!

I'm am so happy and honoured to have the chance to display some of the AMAZING pieces available at the first edition of My Second Wardrobe. It's a great collection of some of SL's finest designers. For more info visit their site MSW.

I put together three different outfits using some of the pieces from the collection. There are literally so many great buys available that I wasn't able to fit them all into one post. I am also wearing a few of the MANY lovely group gifts from the NEW Truth District.

I really like this dress from KIM. It's awesome that it comes with two different colours for such a great price. As well, this skin and hair are a near steal.

Emma II comes with two different options, one with bangs and one without. Again... what a deal!!! :)

This outfit isn't 100% MSW but it does feature a great dress and stunning earrings from there. The other items are great too. This hair was FREE?!?! And this skin was also FREE? Both are wonderful gifts as part of the opening of the Truth District. And these shoes are new from N-Core. They are beauitfuuuuuul! I plan on wearing them again and again... and again.

I can't believe that creator Djangei Fallen of Angel Hair has put out TWO hair styles at MSW. Wow?! Yeah. I really love the way this hair looks with the skin from Glam. It's a very pop-rock look. I used the jacket from R.icielli and a necklace and shoes also from MSW.

Oh, that's Ch1c

So, I went back to Ch1c to get some more birthday goodies and guess who I bumped into? Kaelyn Alecto of Sweet Sexy Crazy. It was the first time we'd met each other and it was an OMG moment for both of us. Super sweet and sexy Kaelyn asked me to be a guest on her blog and I couldn't have been more delighted. I had a blast chatting with her while we took pictures. We decided to feature some of the wonderful finds from the Ch1c birthday event.

1st outfit - Pink

We both put on our pink dress for the first picture and we nicknamed ourselves the pink ladies since that colour happens to be a huge challenge for us. If you didn't know, I'm terrified of COLOUR! Ridiculous, I know... Getting get use of this shag hair. I think it looks fantastic with the Janett skin!

I'm showing off Candy Doll's Janett made exclusive for Ch1c's birthday. She's cute! I love the freckles across the bridge of the nose. I paired it with some dark eyeshadow and lashes. It's the perfect look for the STUNNING dress from Glam Affair. I really wish I could have got more colours! It's so flirty and cute and ohhh I want more of them... lol

For the second picture we tried on a few more grabs from Ch1c!! I really am in love with this dress from Kyoot. It comes in different colours but of course I grabbed the white and let me tell you. This is my new go-to outfit. I really loved how it turned out. Kaelyn looks super sexy in her jumper from Indie Rose.

I'm also wearing the Lara Hurley skin Odette. This is my second Hurley skin and I am not disappointed. You might be seeing this on me again, especially since Kaelyn ordered me to never take it off (lol).

Drifting

HUMANOID -> Saw this amazing sim on the feeds a while back. It's soooooooooo neat. So many different scenes and creations. It's a great place to take pictures and an interesting place to explore.

My favourite thing to do is drift around the grid. Mostly my exploring is done at different shopping malls (lol). I came across this hair store called "Angel Hair". It's not very often that I find a really really really good hair store. This place is totally a hidden gem. Recently, it just opened up it's second location on the Glam Affair sim. Make sure you head to the main store for the group gift. I plan on featuring different hairs from this place in the next few days. So, stay tuned!

Culture Shock (Part Three)

Another post of Culture Shock goodness!! I figure I spent so much time trying to walk around I wouldn't feel justified if I didn't do another post. I think all the creators did a wonderful job contributing to this event and I hope they're able to raise a lot! Fingers crossed!!!

Some of the items are obviously not from CS. There is one in particular that I really want to point out, and those are the new pumps from "C'est Moi!". I happened to met creator Marcantonio Beaumont of "C'est Moi" in his store. And he's SUPER NICE! Despite the amount of shopping I do I hardly ever see designers let alone talk to them. It's was awesome to have the chance to talk to a designer. There is a whole line-up of great colours of these pumps, so head over and get a pair. Aching for that summer heat

I recently got this really neat surfer set from "Tiki Tattoo". I love it. So many different animations available and the texturing is amazing. It's such a high quality set. It's perfect for the beach theme I have going on. If you've never been to "Tiki Tattoo" you're due for a visit. Loads of high quality tropical products.

HUGE fan of this necklace from "GaNKeD"! It's beautiful. I thought I'd pair it with a really simple summer look. I'm becoming a very dedicated stalker of Ronsem as well. I've gotten a few things from there and I've been impressed with all of my purchases.
