Today, I had the chance to team up with Alon Alphaville co-owner of DesigningSL, BloggingSL and HuntingSL. Of course, he's also a fashion blogger. Alon is very passion about male fashion. We spent the afternoon chatting and snapping some pictures.

We took some pictures at the Rose Theatre. The grounds surrounding the theatre are beautifully decorated in fall colours.

Blue Jeans

This post was influenced by (1) Lana Del Rey's new music video for "Blues Jeans" & (2) the new mesh jeans at Mon Tissu. For the first picture I wanted to mimic the water blur effect in the video. It didn't come how exactly how I planned but I still liked it.

"Blue Jeans" is my favourite song from Lana Del Rey's album "Born to Die". The whole album is amazing but this song in particular is always on repeat. I've read a few reviews/opinions on the video and a lot of people say it's too dark. Well duh, it's filmed in black n' white. lol. But, I think it suits the song perfectly. If you haven't watch it, you might want to check it out.

A special thanks to my friend Tristan for putting up with me wanting a James Dean stand-in for my pictures. His patience was greatly appreciate especially since I had so many issues taking pics. Thanks buddy!!!!!

Okay... moving on... so the Mon Tissu jeans are PURE LOVE!!! I might have bought the fatpack, and it was worth every penny. :) My only problem with these jeans is that I feel that the space between the thighs is too wide. That didn't stop me from buying them and I'm happy I did cause the quality and design are excellent. Demos are available at the new main store location. The sim looks great. Lots of neat locations to take pictures.

I'm sporting the new release from lamb, which is MESH!!! Yeahhhhh! I have been nutty for mesh lately. I put on another pair of the new KIM platform heels. I love this blue. It just pops against white and I think it worked really well with my outfit.

"My name is Pussy Galore."

Oh lala. When I saw Shag's new creation couldn't wait to get my hands on it. I love this big hair do. It was out for Project Themeory. Not quite sure if you can still get it on sale but it is available at the main store and I recommend picking it up. Sebastien did some great roots with this hair so it's def a must-have.

I cannot believe all the amazing group gifts creator Eboni Khan of Hucci has put out. I am crazy about the jumpsuit. I especially love the color. So, thanks Eboni!!!!

I am also wearing two layers of ubber fantastic eyeliner from cStar. It's part of their bold eyeliner pack and it's great if you like to play with makeup and what not.

So many hunts happening right now! I really love hunts, you get all these amazing "gifts" and all you have to do is look for them. Seems pretty simple and totally worthwhile to me. Her pieces are flowery & lacey mixed with a really saucy side. I love it all.

Slipping into Suede

Izzie's just released a brand new version of her blazer. It now comes in suede and like the original it is a MUST HAVE. When I first found these blazers on marketplace I made the mistake of buying just one. Now that the new suede ones are out, I won't make that mistake again. I highly suggest buying the fat pack because you won't regret it. I decided to put together three different looks to show off only a few of the possibilities with these blazers.

The first look I put together used a lot of Izzie's new releases. They go so perfectly together. I really love the new clutches and gloves. They great for a sexy fierce look. I'm also showing off the new necklace from Dark Mouse for this week's Project Themeory.

The second look was also very dressy. I picked up this amazing dress as part of the Black Friday sale at MichaMi. I plan to show this dress of again. I just love the curve and the zipper in the back. I paired it with Izzie's Blazer in brown and the BRAND new shoes from Kalnins called Audrey. Audrey comes with a simple hud so the color options are endless. These shoes are also featured in blue for this session of The Dressing Room Blue.

The Perfect Fit

Every summer I find myself going on the search for the perfect pair of jean shorts. This year my search took me to -paper.doll- Creator Zoey Gabardini has made terrific shorts called the "Rolled Denim Shorts".

They are the perfect fit, and I'll tell you why... They come with three different options. The regular "standard" fit, a pocket option and suspenders option. You get three different styles for the price of one.

You could literally wear these shorts all the time and have them look different each and every time you put em on!!! I suggest you get your pixel bottoms down there and get yourself a few pairs. I'm only showing a couple colours but don't worry these shorts WILL BE popping up in my posts again! ;)

Also wearing brand new hair from Exile called "Caitrin". I really like this wavy bob. Exile has just released a while bunch of new styles so check out the demos! Candy White Waterfalls

Brand new release from Hucci called Waterfall Bikini. It's sooooooooooooo sexy! I saw the promo pictures and I was like whoa... haha. I think they're perfect for being a little bit more flashy at the beach. They're def an eye catcher.

I really love the gold ringed collar and the way the top drapes. I'm only showing two colours in this post, but there are tons more to see at Hucci! They come in 13 different colours including a zebra print and few colour fades. Make sure you go to the left when you entered the store and walk pass the lingerie section. They're tucked away in the corner of the store.

Equally impressed with one of the latest releases from "Fab-U-Lous" called Rebecca. Paired with skin from Glam Affair it's a showstoppa!

Fae-Belle

Shoe Fair 2011 is in full swing and if you haven't been there... then you need to get your bum in gear. Tons and tons of amazing designers displaying their creations. This is literally one of the events I wait for ALL YEAR! I'm wearing the brand new shoe from "Pixel Mode" called Fae. It's stunning. So well sculpted and textured. It's unreal just how REAL they look.

Also want to rave about these new top from "paper.doll" called Belle. Belle is a tub tube with a prim attachment that gives you the sweet summer look. I'm going to be using this top throughout my summer posts. I really love it. It has also just been released in plain and patterns. I really LOVE the dog-tag necklace that Deke's wearing!!! I saw it on him a while ago and ran out to buy it. It comes in female and male sizing. I think Deke's outfit looks so effortless. The cardi is awesome and the t-shirt underneath is a little see-through. Yummy! Overall, I'm thinking he looks pretty darn good. I'm sure he'd agree.

Finally able to do some real shopping at Culture Shock 2011. And wooohoooooo! So much to see and buy. I picked up a few items that really caught my eye. I'm still working on another post for CS so much more to come soon.

I really like all the pieces I'm showing in this post. They're all really well designed and can work in so many different ways.
